We ask for your name, telephone number, home address, and email address . When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for delivery address, and payment method details. We may obtain information about your usage of our Website to help us develop and improve it further through online surveys and other requests.

Your data will enable us to fulfil your order, to notify you about important functionality changes and for statistical or survey purposes to improve this website and our services to you. We may also send you from time to time (by email or post) information about products and services and details of promotions and special offers. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, email newsletters will contain information on how you can unsubscribe.

2. Purchasing a product

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made and you will be charged.

Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the ‘CONFRIM & PAY’ button.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

    * Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment

    * The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

    * If we suspect any fraudulent activity

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure..

Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

3. Delivery

- Spain and Portugal: 2 €

- Europe:

Zone 1: Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech republic: 5,99 € 

Zone 2: UK, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Ireland: 7,50 €

Zone 3: Switzerland, , Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Poland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, Rumania: 17,99 € 

Delivery time:

Spain and Portugal:

Península, Portugal e Baleares: 1-2 working days

Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla: 3-4 working days

Zone 1:  3-4 working days

Zone 2:  3-5 working days

Zone 3:  4-8 working days

4. Returns & refunds

A- Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s):

Simply return the item within 14 days. Botanyland will refund the total amount of your order, delivery cost included. Also we will pay for return shipping cost.

How o proceed:

1- Send us an e-mail to: web@botanyland.com

Please write your name, telephone number, order number and your reason to return the item.

2- We will send you then by e-mail a shipping label that you must print and put outside the package

Then we will set up a day and hour and a DHL carrier will pick up your package at that moment. You don't have to pay any cost for return shipping. This is valid for all Zones of delivery (Zone 1,2,3, Spain and Portugal)

Important:

You must return the item in the original packaged you received it or in a similar one, securely packed. Items which are defective or damaged by transport may be returned at any time. Items that are not in original conditions will not be accepted

3- -Once we will receive the package and check if the item is in its original conditions, we will process your return within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete.

B- You are not entirely satisfied with your purchase:

Simply return the item within 14 days. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Botanyland will refund the amount of your order, but not the delivery cost of it. Also we will pay for return shipping cost if your country belongs to Zone 1 (France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg) , Zone 2 (UK, Germany, Italy, Austria) or Portugal.
For Zone 3, return shipping costs are in charge of the customer.

How o proceed:

Countries in Zone 1, 2, Spain and Portugal: We will set up a day and hour and a DHL carrier will pick up your package at that moment. You don't have to pay to the carrier any cost for return shipping. This cost is in charge of Botanyland.

Countries in zone 3: Return shipping costs are in charge of the customer. You may choose your own carrier to return the package.

Important:
